Create your dealership account

What you'll need

  • A business email (e.g. sales@yourshop.com)
  • Your dealership name and address
  • A logo file (optional — we use your initials until you upload one)

Step-by-step

  1. Go to /signup and enter your business email.
  2. Pick a URL slug for your storefront — this becomes /your-slug (e.g. /mission-golf-cars). It can't be changed later, so pick something short and memorable.
  3. Set a password (8+ characters, one number, one symbol).
  4. Choose your modules: Inventory (always on), Rentals, Service, and Parts/Web Store. You can flip these later in Settings → Modules.
  5. If you enable Parts, choose Inquiry mode (customers ask, no checkout) or Checkout mode (full e-commerce).
  6. We'll walk you through onboarding: brand colors, business hours, contact info.
  7. Click Publish when you're ready. Your storefront goes live at https://platform.golfcartos.io/your-slug.

What happens next

  • A welcome email lands in your inbox with sign-in info.
  • You're dropped into your dashboard at /your-slug/admin.
  • You can keep tweaking — edits go live immediately.
