Invite your team

Roles available

  • Dealer admin — full access (you're this role by default).
  • Sales manager — leads, deals, inventory, but no settings or billing.
  • Sales rep — leads + their own deals only.
  • Content editor — pages, blog posts, storefront copy. No customer data.

Add someone

  1. Open Admin → Settings → Team (/your-slug/admin/team).
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email, name, and role.
  4. They get an invitation email with a one-time signup link, valid for 7 days.

Change a role

Same page. Click the team member, pick a new role, save. The change takes effect on their next page load.

Remove someone

Click the team member → Remove. Their session is invalidated immediately.
